Building Materials at the West Point Home Center

Here at the West Point Home Center, we are proud to offer a complete line of building materials. We believe that if a project is important to you, it is important to us, and if we were working on the project, we would want only the best. That is why we stock quality lumber, drywall and other building materials.

Lumber
The West Point Home Center is a full-service lumber yard offering free-delivery service and estimates. We stock a complete line of lumber featuring:

   • Our Softwood Lumber is cut from fast-growing forests of needle-bearing
      trees, including pine, fir, and spruce. While our Hardwood Lumber is cut
      from slow-growing trees including oak, poplar and maple.

   • Treated Lumber provides all benefits of wood, plus decay and termite
      resistance. Treated lumber is the most commonly chosen material for decks,
      porches and other outdoor products.

      Caution: use only stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized nails, fasteners and
      hangers when using ACQ Pressure Treated Lumber.

   • Plywoods and Sheething: We offer a wide variety and thicknesses of
      plywood and sheething from pressure treated plywood to exterior grade
      plywood, as well as Oriented Strand Board, particle board. We also offer
      finishing grade plywood, ready for staining or painting.

Drywall
Sheetrock, or gypsum, saves time and money and provides the foundation for beautiful walls. It applies quickly and allows for easy decoration almost immediately.

The West Point Home Center stocks three thicknesses of drywall: 3/8”, ½” and 5/8” drywall, in 4’ widths in lengths running from 8’ to 14’.

As with all building materials orders, we offer free jobsite delivery to all of our customers on drywall orders.
